7A. FlowState Processing
FlowState is an adult-only guided wellness testing app. When you participate:
- Session video is uploaded via Direct Client Upload to private Vercel Blob storage
- Uploaded recordings are processed solely to generate personalized wellness feedback
- Individual frames and audio may be analysed ephemerally during inference
- No permanent copy of the recording is retained after processing completes
- Uploaded media is permanently deleted after feedback generation, or on cancellation/failure cleanup
- User content is never used to train AI models
- No human reviews or accesses session recordings
- You retain ownership of submitted content; we process it only to deliver your feedback
- Derived metrics and feedback may be retained so you can review progress over time
- Subprocessors may include Vercel (hosting/blob), our background processing worker, and our AI inference provider for derived metrics only
- Processing typically targets feedback within about one hour; timing is not guaranteed
- FlowState feedback is informational wellness coaching and is not medical advice
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
